Zalaris will deliver a HR solution based on SAP SuccessFactors seamlessly integrated with Zalaris PeopleHub outsourcing services which covers the entire spectrum of Zalaris’ value proposition. The solution will be implemented over a period of 22 months. The contract is expected to contribute with more than EUR 5 million in annual revenue when fully implemented. Further, the contract also includes a significant consultancy agreement relating to implementation.
The contracted HR solution will be built around SAP SuccessFactors and cover the whole employee lifecycle in one integrated solution, including recruiting, onboarding, master data maintenance, performance and goals, succession and development, as well as HR analytics.
Zalaris’ PeopleHub based outsourcing services to be delivered under the agreement include payroll, time and attendance, digital personal archive, travel and expense, and knowledge management supported by Zalaris’ AI powered digital assistant “Zally”.
