Reported revenues for the quarter were NOK 277.5 million, up 24% from NOK 223.6 million in the same quarter last year.
Adjusted EBIT*, excluding investment in greenfield Asia-Pacific (APAC) operations, increased with 125% to an all-time high of NOK 25.6 million, corresponding to a 9.4% margin for the quarter.
The reported EBIT ended at NOK 17.6 million compared to NOK 4.4 million last year.
Profit for the quarter was NOK 13.4 million, compared to a loss of NOK 11.1 million last year.
“Our EBIT-improvement program continued to have a positive impact during the quarter. Our focus is now on transforming our German operations to our standard operating model and expect continued positive results from this, as well as from increased revenues from both new and renegotiated agreements over the next two quarters,” says Hans-Petter Mellerud, CEO and founder of Zalaris.
“The company grew more than 24% in the quarter, and 13% in constant currency. Our sales team continued delivering on their targets closing around NOK 20 million of annual contract value of new agreements. With these new signings, Zalaris has secured approximately 124% of its 2023 sales budget needed to sustain the communicated target growth rate of 10% in the coming year. This is considerably ahead of closed sales in the same period last year,” Mellerud concludes.
Zalaris will host a streamed management presentation at 08:30 CET today followed by a Q&A session. The webcast will be available on ir.zalaris.com or directly on Teams.

* Adjusted EBIT and other alternative performance measures (APMs) are defined and reconciled to the IFRS financial statements as a part of the APM section of the third quarter 2023 financial report on page 23 to 25.
